Philip H. Cartledge
I have been aware that I have held a lot of self hatred within myself which has built a wall between myself and my journey to find God. In some way this book has helped me open a doorway in that wall. When I looked into my mirror and said "I love you", I began to cry. Every time I am near a mirror, now, I look at myself and say those words. I have Asperger's Syndrome. I have difficulty relating to the world in general. It was the first time I felt I saw myself as I really am.
The 88 reasons to love yourself are encouraging, uplifting, and can be carried within your heart wherever you go.
There is a link at the end of the book that provides further aid on the journey to self love.
